Parker and Olivia went to the zoo today! What else is there to do in Sacramento when it is a sunny, warm day and you have kids...go to Vic's for a sandwich and then the zoo to play with the animals.
It is fun to be parents and we are blessed to have friends that also have little babes. The Santos family are first time parents too and like to do silly first time parent things with us (like taking a 41/2 and 6 month old to the zoo AND capturing the experience in 108 pictures). Michele and I just kept laughing, commenting on how life had changed. A year ago, we would have hit the river for a cocktail on a sunny spring day. Today, we go to the zoo, change diapers in the back of the Runner, and watch the clock to make sure that we feed the babies. Such fun.
