Flippin' out

So Parker wants to do everything we do, and he wants to do it himself! He wanted to help me make French Toast on a rainy Saturday morning. Holding a squirmy kid over an open flame is not the best idea, so I opted to give Parker a pan, spatula and piece of bread for him to practice on the floor (while Pismo circled waiting for Parker to leave the pan unattended).

He became quite skilled at flipping the bread. He has such focus when he is trying to do something. It is so fun to watch!
